You're showing up how over-priced most the other registrars are. It's great that you're specializing in domains and going for numbers rather than sucking every last cent out of your customers.

I'm a Web Designer so register lots of domains on behalf of my clients, and I always use you for domains and Openhost for hosting. I also like your domain auction service, great idea. I've also found your customer service quick and helpful, thanks!

The only area I can see for improvement is your domain manager which can be a little confusing to use at times. For example, I've had trouble choosing which name server setting to use when wanting to set email redirection. There's also some doubling up of "Domains" in the menu.

But keep up the good work!
